Isaac, our Founder and Managing Director is a Certified Secretary, Lawyer, and an accredited Governance Auditor with over 15 years of experience in Corporate Secretarial practice specializing in Corporate Governance, Governance Audits, Board Trainings and Board Evaluations. He sits on boards of various National and Multi-National companies as a Company Secretary.

He advises organisations on company secretarial matters, Board matters on corporate governance including corporate restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions, listing of companies in the securities exchange, administration of board and shareholders meetings, drafting of board charters and policies, monitoring compliance and board advisory on action logs and strategic planning. He has experience in the Banking Industry, having served several Commercial Banks and Micro Finance Banks. He has experience in the Insurance Industry drawn from the fact that he sits in several Boards of Insurance Companies. He has experience in oil, gas, and energy industry as he sits in several Boards of oil and gas companies as a Company Secretary.

He was commended by ICPSK for his outstanding contribution to the institute and profession at large in championing good corporate governance. He was the Chair of the Task Force on Review and Development of Governance Standards and Guidelines (2024). Isaac participated in the National Risk Assessment Task Force of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing representing the ICS(2020 &2021). He has also been training for the Institute in the Governance Audit Accreditation Course having trained in two accreditation courses. He is a mentor in the Governance Ethics Mentorship and Internship Programme launched by ICS during the 2022 annual Governance Conference.
