Hellen is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Certified Professional Mediator and is currently pursuing her Certified Secretaries finalist examinations.

She has 6 years’ experience in Corporate Secretarial practice especially governance advisory and compliance, legal due diligence, and company secretarial matters.

She has experience in board compliance, corporate restructuring, corporate insolvency, board training, board evaluation, corporate advisory, preparation of board charters, assisting in governance audit preparation, alteration of Articles, preparation and attending of board and shareholders’ meetings, preparation of minutes. She has experience on employment and labour laws, employee engagement and relations. She ensures that both the Firm and the clients adhere to legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements.

She has trained in a leadership academy and believes in servant leadership as a tool for success in any organization. She is a mental health advocate and encourages positive work culture and is passionate about good corporate governance practices in organisations.
