Ainick offers Governance Audits services which is an independent assessment of an organization with a view to expressing an opinion on the adequacy and effectiveness of the Organizations’ policies, systems, practices, and processes. Governance auditors therefore assess with objective accuracy, the adequacy and effectiveness of the governance system in use for the purpose of the organization.

We conduct our audits in compliance with ICS Governance Standards and CMA code on Corporate Governance Practice for issuers of securities to the public, 2015 which sets out the principles and specific recommendations on the structures and processes which Companies should adopt in making good corporate Governance an integral part of the business dealings and culture. These codes advocate for the application of the standards on corporate governance that go beyond the minimum requirements prescribed by legislation.
