Annual board evaluations have become an integral part of good corporate Governance practice and, if conducted properly, can be a valuable tool to increase board effectiveness.

We conduct Board Evaluations in line with the provisions of the Code of Corporate Governance Practices for Listed Companies 2015 where have developed a toolkit based on our experience and we continue to enhance it from time to time.
