Our approach to the provision of Corporate Secretarial Services
Our firm has extensive experience in delivering complex assignments to exceed client expectations. We provide guidelines and trainings to ensure a consistent approach. Our approach is based on the involvement of all stakeholders.
Our approach is summarised in three stages:
- Planning and Strategy – before commencing each work component we will plan together with yourselves to prepare for the assignment and ensure we understand your instructions.
- Execution of instructions – during the execution phase our team will carry out the agreed activities and report back to the you in accordance with the execution plan.
- Reporting – Once the assignment is complete, we send copies of the registered documents for client’s records.
