Suter holds a Bachelor of BSc. Supply Chain Management and is currently pursuing his Certified Secretaries examinations.

He has experience in company secretarial matters: Registration of companies, business linking services, filing statutory returns, preparation and attending of board and shareholders’ meetings, preparation of minutes and shareholders’ restructuring. He is a corporate governance enthusiast, supply chain specialist, and proactive in good governance, and research, and development.

His strongest strength is self-motivation which has propelled him as he carries out company secretarial duties while championing the CS profession in influence positive change in the business arena. His experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management is key in bringing change through business in public, retail, and manufacturing organizations.
